I can’t seem to focus on what to write today. In fact, I can’t seem to stay awake. My sleep cycle got messed up when I was sick and now it seems that I am awake all night long until 5:30 in the morning each day. Today I decided I would just stay up all day and not sleep until tonight, in hopes of bumping my sleep cycle back into place. It worked until about 2 this afternoon when I accidentally fell asleep. For an hour.
I haven’t seen Anderson and Spencer since Friday when I came home and got sick again. Now I’m thinking I should take a walk over there and visit for a little while. They always seem to wake me up and maybe the walk will help. The weather is dry here today and is supposed to remain that way til Wednesday evening when they are saying we will have the first of a few storms, one of which may bring snow levels down. Hhhhmmm. We shall see. I don’t think we’ll get much, if any, but who knows?
Well, I suppose I should do something about staying awake for another five or so hours. Longer, if necessary or I will end up sleeping for three or so hours and be wide awake by 1 or 2 and wake until 5:30 again. What is it about 5:30?
Any suggestions for knocking my sleep cycle back? What do you do when you are sleeping at the wrong time?
